What countries are supported?

At current we support the following countries: ?Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Finland, Georgia, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Venezuela, and Vietnam. ?A detailed list of countries, cities, and pricing is available here.

What do I use these DIDs for?

This service allows you to have a telephone number in the chosen country that will ring through to you in the normal fashion. ?A foreign DID is only used for incoming calls. ?Outgoing calls are still handled the normal way.

I already have a DID in (country). ?Can you port this over?

Not at this time.

Can I pick the number?

In most countries you can select the region/city but are not able to select the actual number assigned.

Will callers hear the ringing tone they are accustomed to in their country?

Not at this time. ?They will hear ringing typical in the United States or Canada.

How much do the DIDs cost?

The cost varies depending on the country selected, but range from $12.50 per month to $24.50. ?Each DID includes two simultaneous calls with unlimited inbound usage minutes.

Will caller ID work?

We will pass along the caller ID as we receive it. ?There are some countries where caller ID may not be supported.
